In 2024, enterprises determined to be critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period can reserve conscripted workers in 2024. A reserved employee is not subject to conscription during mobilization and retains the opportunity to go on a business trip abroad.   • ODA/OVA on the territory of the administrative-territorial unit where the specific enterprise is located.
Current criteria for determining an enterprise critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Our specialists analyze the possibility of awarding the enterprise the status of critical importance, prepare the submission and all its appendices, submit documents and accompany their passage in the relevant ministry/administration. The logical conclusion of these actions is the receipt of an order to determine the enterprise as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period.
  1. The procedure for booking an employee is as follows:
  2. Preparation and analysis of the list of employees to be submitted for reservation, providing recommendations for improving the list.
  3. Providing a certificate on the total number of conscripted employees at the enterprise.
  4. Date and number of the decision on recognition of a specific enterprise as belonging to critical infrastructure.
  5. Providing information on the correspondence of the account data of those conscripts listed in the list with their military account documents.
The list is considered by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the moment of 10 working days after receipt. The approved lists are submitted to the Ministry of Economy, where consideration takes an additional 5 working days. After that, the Ministry of Economy sends a decision to the General Staff and the state body to which the lists were sent. Confirmation of the reservation is an extract from the reservation order and/or a corresponding entry in Reserve+.
